I blend into the background, documenting real moments as they unfold—but I’ll also step in gently when needed, like during group photos or portraits.

🗓️ The 4–8 Week Countdown
You won’t need to think about anything photo-related until about 4–8 weeks before the big day.
At the 4-week mark, I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire covering:
- • Final timings
- • Group photo requests
- • Key family info
- • Any special moments to include
I wait until closer to the day to send this—since plans often change. It becomes my go-to guide on the day itself.
🎯 On the Day – What to Expect
🧑🎤 Getting Ready
I usually arrive 2-3 hours before you’re due to leave for the ceremony.
Plenty of time for coverage without being in your face.
💄 I don’t need to shoot every bit of hair and makeup. Once you’re almost ready, we’ll stage a few natural shots.
If your partner is getting ready nearby, I’ll aim to cover that too (time permitting).

It’s efficient, relaxed, and avoids chasing guests later on.
👪 Family Photos
We’ll figure this out closer to the day—keep it simple or go big.
- • Immediate family takes around 10–15 mins
- • Larger groupings will take a little longer
- • No pressure either way!
👰 Couple Portraits
Whether you want just a few casual shots or a longer creative session, I’ll tailor it to your vibe.
I also love grabbing quick bridal party or groomsmen shots.
And if there’s a magical sunset? Expect me to whisk you away for 5 minutes 🌇
🕺 Evening Coverage
I usually stay 1 hour after the first dance, often until the buffet is served—enough time to capture some fun party energy and any extras like sparklers or night portraits.
📋 Payment
Payment Terms
- Deposit: £125 to secure your date
- Final Balance: Due 4 weeks before the wedding
- Cash on the day is fine too—just let me know in advance
📷 Will I Be Taking Photos Non-Stop?
Not constantly—there are natural breaks during the day.
- • During the wedding breakfast, I’ll step back and take a break.
- • After dinner, while guests rest or change, I’ll pause unless something’s happening.
If you’re providing a meal, a quiet space to eat is perfect—I’ll also use this time to back up images.
👨🍳 Food is not expected unless speeches or performances happen during courses.

📚 Album Clients (Platinum Package)

- I’ll design a custom layout for review
- Once approved, it goes to print
