Bradford Wedding Photographer

Bradford is where I grew up around, and it is a city that gets written off far too quickly by people who have not looked properly. The Victorian architecture is genuinely striking, the countryside on the edges is beautiful, and there are venues here doing excellent weddings without the price tag you would pay half an hour east.

Walton View out at Tong is a good example — proper views across the valley, and a team who let you actually use the grounds rather than herding everyone indoors. East Riddlesden Hall over towards Keighley is a completely different proposition: a seventeenth-century manor house with the kind of stonework and low doorways that reward a photographer who is paying attention.

Bradford district also covers a lot of ground that people forget is Bradford at all — Ilkley, Bingley, Shipley, Baildon, and the moors above them. If your venue is anywhere in that stretch, you are on my doorstep.

Practically: I know the roads, I know which venues have awkward access for a wedding car, and I am ten minutes away rather than an hour. That matters more than it sounds on a morning when the timeline slips.
